This villa sleeps up to 16 guests and is perfect for groups of friends and families who want to spend time together, not split up in individual hotel rooms. There is gas grill upstairs if you and your guests want to have a BBQ on the huge 2nd floor terrace (with a partially screened-in porch) that looks out over the breathtaking scenery.
The house is part of a gated beachfront community with 24 hour security, covered parking, a heated Infinity pool, Jacuzzi, private beach and private pier. It is located south of downtown at Carretera Costera Sur, KM 12.8.
