Casa Suzana is a charming fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home conveniently located in the peaceful residential neighborhood of Corpus Christi. You’ll love staying within walking distance of the dining and shopping of colorful downtown San Miguel!

The living room has ample seating to gather and talk or watch your favorite shows on a large TV with cable programming. There is an elegant rustic dining room with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare anything from snacks and cocktails to a multi-course meal.

There are 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep six. The ground-floor bedroom has a queen bed with private access to the patio and pool. Two more bedrooms, each opening onto a shared balcony, are upstairs – one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Every air-conditioned bedroom has its own full bathroom, plenty of closet space, and television with cable programming as well as a quiet and efficient ceiling fan.

Outside, relax in the freshwater swimming pool with poolside table, chairs, sun loungers, and gas grill surrounded by a garden with coconut trees. Casa Suzana was built with divers in mind, so there is an outdoor fresh water shower, a rinse tank and a secure, ventilated locker to hang your dive gear. Overlooking the pool is a beautiful second floor terrace with a gas grill, table, chairs and umbrella, perfect for sharing afternoon cocktails or stargazing at night.

As guests of Casa Suzana you will have access to free high-speed wireless internet, free local calls and free phone calls to the US and Canada. Although your efficient house staff are trustworthy, a digital safe will guard your valuables, including up to a 17″ laptop, for added peace of mind.

Casa Suzana a few blocks east of the ocean and a short walk to the major grocery stores and downtown Cozumel. It is the perfect location if you are here to enjoy Ironman, Carnaval, El Grito, fishing tournaments or any of the other wonderful events that dot Cozumel’s event calendar each year!
