Below you’ll find the answers to the questions we get asked the most about vacation home rentals.

Is booking online secure?

We do not offer online booking through our website. We accept payment via Paypal or wire transfer.

Can I bring my pet with me?

We offer several properties which allow pets. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the “vacation rentals” tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Also you can call our office (972.203.7997), send us a message or email us.

What are the benefits of a vacation rental?

A vacation home provides you the freedom to spend time together in large living spaces and terraces and then retire to individual bedrooms with private baths. Most of our properties have washer/dryers, fully equipped kitchens, and central air conditioning for added convenience. The properties are all secure with 24 hour security. You may still ask for daily housekeeping at no extra charge. We also offer a private chef, shopping service, and a concierge available to you throughout your stay.

Is it easy to rent a property?

Yes! We will send you a rental agreement which you can sign, scan and email back.

What is the difference between VRBO/AirBnB and your site?

“VRBO and AirBnB are advertising sites. We are the property management company that manages everything from marketing to maintenance and housekeeping. We advertise on VRBO and other sites to get our homes the most visibility.

Do you allow early check-ins and late check-outs?

Our check in time is 3 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m. We will be flexible whenever we can.

What are the check-in procedures?

We will arrange your check in with you prior to arrival. Your concierge will meet you at the property with the keys in the case of keyless entry, you will have your personalized entry code.Your concierge will meet you at the property for a quick check in and answer any questions you might have.

What are your COVID-19 Cleaning Protocols?

We have a nebulizer that we use to clean each property before check in. Housekeepers will work using masks and with products cerftified to disinfect and kill viruses including COVID-19.

Do you provide daily maid service?

Yes, except Sundays.

Is there an after-hours emergency contact number/person for A Perfect Vacation Rental?

Yes, your concierge, Rodrigo and Amber are always available via phone, Whatsapp, or text.

How do I obtain the keys?

Is smoking allowed in the properties?

Only in the exteriors of the properties

Does the condo come with linens and towels, or do I need to bring my own?

Yes, all properties come with linens and bath and beach towels.

Do all of the properties have air conditioning?

Yes.

Are there BBQ grills available?

Some properties do have grills. Please review the “Amenities” section of the property description.

Are beach towels or other beach gear provided?

Beach towels are provided in all properties. Beach gear is not provided.

Are cribs, highchairs or toys available at the units?

Some units have their own. We have a Pack n Play and highchair available for rent.

What are the additional costs if any?

We add a 5% surcharge to payments with credit card/Paypal.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

We ask for 50% down and the balance 30 days prior to check in.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Paypal/credit card and wire transfer.

Do you offer Travel Insurance?

No.

What is your lost and found policy?

If we find it, we’ll be happy to return it to you at your cost.
